Bob and I would like to thank Lizzie from the Park & Clock Magazines, Wolverhampton West Magazine and Wolverhampton Lifestyle Magazine for advertising our open days. A big thank you to all the garden centres for allowing us to advertise in your premises.
Thank you for your continued support. Greg, Bob, Teddy & Rupert xxxx.
Bob and I would like to say a huge Thank you to all the people who came and supported our charity opening on Saturday 13th of May.
Visitors came from near and far and I am so happy that quite a number of my Ukrainian friends came and supported us too.
Thanks to our helpers John & Karen Skill, Ig and Olivia.
Apologies to all who came for cake, but I sold out very early.
Next time I will make an extra emergency supply, on top of my already in place emergency supply.
We had 210 paying visitors and 17 children and raised a total of £2,006.25.
We have now raised in the ten years we have been opening £50,501.03
Thank you again, together we can make a difference in people`s lives.
The charities we are supporting are Cancer Research U.K, Diabetes U.K. Midlands Animal Rescue Team and The Swan Sanctuary in Shepperton.
We have both recently been affected by close friends who have been diagnosed with either cancer or diabetes and we want to help them, their families and others by raising money for research to eradicate these terrible conditions/diseases.
A huge thank you to Tracey & Mick from Anglia Bulbs, who very kindly donated many bulbs and plants which we sold on our plant stall.
A very special thank you to Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Crossroads, Help the Hospices, The National Trust, The Queens Nursing Institute, Perennial, Terrence Higgins Trust, Samaritans, Diabetes UK, British Heart Foundation, Compton Hospice, The Haven, The Swan Sanctuary, The Donkey Sanctuary, R.S.P.B, P.A.W.S, Midland Animal Welfare Society and W.S.P.A for being there for people and animals in their hour of need.
We are so very happy that we have been able to support you over the years. Once again thank you, Bob, Greg, Teddy and Rupert.
Rupert, now five and a half years old likes to "help" in the garden, by shredding prunings and recycling plastic flowerpots.
Teddy will be nine this August and finds it all too much. He prefers to watch from the armchair.

A few more photographs of Teddy and Rupert enjoying themselves.
We love historical outings!
